Sentimental, soul-string ties
Tell the secrets of where my truth lies,
In declaration of deep, soulful intellect,
Will you discover what I most protect:
My Heart.
Unguarded emotions that reveal my natural inspirations,
Causing lyrics to flow without hesitation,
If you ever wanted to know exactly what I mean,
Just follow the lines in between.
I’ll confess out loud every time,
In every story line–Between every rhyme,
Revealing through melody and sweet simile
What I anticipate every time I dream,
I’ll make known all the colors and the visions I project ,
Without possessing that fearless spirit to be so firm and direct
But nevertheless, it will be no secret that between these lines
I’ll profess a love that is only yours and mine.
